Study Finds Psilocybin Subjective Experiences are Unique to Patients Needs

Four cancer patients treated with psilocybin-assisted therapy had different subjective experiences during their treatment, particularly with relation to their spiritual and/or psychological needs.

This study gives details of the experiences of each of the 4 cancer patients who used psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy. The authors summarize – “The results presented here demonstrate the personalized nature of the subjective experiences elicited through treatment with psilocybin, particularly with respect to the spiritual and/or psychological needs of each patient.”
