Ohio Court Rules Indictment Must Use Psilocybin Chemical Name Not Just Genus Species Name

In State v. Wohlever, the Ohio Court of Appeals ruled that under State law, psilocybin must be named specifically in an indictment in a case where the State only used the Genus species name of the mushroom.
