CSA Places Hallucinogens on Schedule I

The Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act is passed by the US Congress and psilocybin, LSD, and other hallucinogens are placed on Schedule I.

The Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act is passed by the US Congress. Part II of this is the Controlled Substance Act (CSA) which defines a scheduling system for drugs. Psilocybin, LSD, and other hallucinogens are placed on Schedule I.
